*By participating in the The Med Spot Referral Program, you agree that referees must be first time customers who book and complete a service within 30 days of submitting the referral form. Once the appointment is completed, both the referrer and the referee will receive a $25 Credit to be used on any future appointment, issued within 30 business days of completed service. Each referrer may earn up unlimited referral credits per calendar year. Referrals missing required information, self referrals, or canceled services do not qualify.

1. Overview
Welcome to The Med Spot Referral Program (“Referral Program”), powered by ReviewCredible (“Platform”). By participating in this program, you (“Participant,” “You,” or “Referrer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
This program is operated by The Med Spot (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) in partnership with ReviewCredible, which provides the underlying software platform to track, manage, and automate referrals.
Participation in the Referral Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Referral Program.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for participation:
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be a current or past patient, client, or customer of The Med Spot.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where referral programs of this nature are legally permissible.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of The Med Spot or ReviewCredible may participate only if explicitly authorized.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke participation at our sole discretion.
3. How the Referral Program Works
Registration: Participants must use the designated referral link, form, or platform powered by ReviewCredible to register and generate a unique referral link or code.
Referrals: Share your unique referral link, or fill out the referral form, to send referral requests to friends, family, or contacts who may be interested in The Med Spot’s services.
Qualified Referrals: A referral is considered “Qualified” only when:
The referred person (“Referred Client”) schedules and completes an appointment or qualifying purchase at The Med Spot within 30 days of being referred.
The Referred Client is a new customer who has not previously engaged with The Med Spot.
Rewards: Participants may be eligible for rewards, such as service credits, discounts, or promotional items, once a Qualified Referral is confirmed.
Reward types, values, and limits are determined by The Med Spot and are subject to change without notice.
Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
4. Program Rules & Limitations
By participating, you agree:
To refer only individuals with whom you have a personal relationship and who have provided consent to receive referral communications.
To avoid using spam, paid advertising, or unsolicited bulk messaging to promote your referral link.
Not to misrepresent The Med Spot, its services, or this referral program in any way.
Not to use multiple or fake accounts, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity to obtain rewards.
Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all pending rewards.
5. Verification and Fulfillment
The Med Spot reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals and the eligibility of both the Referrer and Referred Client.
Verification may take up to 30 days following the completion of a qualifying action.
Rewards will be issued only after verification is complete.
The Med Spot’s decisions regarding eligibility, verification, and reward issuance are final.
6. Program Changes and Termination
The Med Spot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.
Changes may include, but are not limited to, reward structure, qualification criteria, or participation limits.
If the program is terminated, pending rewards not yet verified or fulfilled may be forfeited.
7. No Combination with Other Offers
Referral rewards may not be combined with other promotional offers, coupons, or discounts unless explicitly authorized by The Med Spot.
8. Taxes and Compliance
Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations resulting from referral rewards, including income reporting requirements.
The Med Spot does not provide tax advice and encourages participants to consult with a qualified tax professional.
9. Relationship of the Parties
Participation in the Referral Program does not create any form of employment, agency, or partnership relationship with The Med Spot or ReviewCredible.
You are acting solely as an independent referrer.
10. ReviewCredible Platform Usage
This program is managed through ReviewCredible’s technology platform. By participating, you also agree to ReviewCredible’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
ReviewCredible is not responsible for issuing rewards, verifying referrals, or resolving disputes between The Med Spot and Participants.
11. Privacy and Data Usage
Your participation requires the collection and processing of certain personal data, including names, contact details, and referral activity.
The Med Spot and ReviewCredible will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Data will be used solely for managing the Referral Program, verifying eligibility, and communicating reward status.

Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
In no event shall The Med Spot’s total liability exceed the value of rewards earned by you during the six months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oneida County, New York.

The Plumb Pro Referral Program (“Program”) rewards existing customers (“Referrers”) and new customers (“Referees”) with a $25 gift card each when a successful referral is made. The Program is designed to thank loyal customers for recommending Plumb Pro’s services and to welcome new customers to the Plumb Pro family.
How It Works:
Referral Submission:The Referee must complete a referral form provided through Plumb Pro’s system.The form must include the Referrer’s full name (first and last).Booking a Service:The Referee must book a service with Plumb Pro within one (1) month of completing the referral form.Service Completion:The service booked by the Referee must be completed successfully for the referral to qualify.Gift Card Issuance:After the service is completed, both the Referrer and Referee will receive an email and/or text notification with instructions to claim their $25 gift cards.
Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:Referrers must be existing Plumb Pro customers.Referees must be new customers who have never booked a service with Plumb Pro before.Referral Limit:There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
